A practical, welcoming, and community-focused workshop for current and future Santas & Mrs. Clauses. Whether you're exploring seasonal work for the first time, hoping to bring more meaning into the holidays, or preparing to grow your Santa career, this workshop is designed to help you take the next step.
We've designed the weekend to be hands-on, warm, and useful. Mornings cover the fundamentals; afternoons go deep on the craft, the business, and the heart of the work.
We believe nobody should be excluded simply because of cost. If you want to participate, we will do our best to make room for you.
